Group A

Gentlemen
ambitioN
executable
Tempted

It seems executable has changed their name and as such i am not able to find their lineup.
This group seems pretty straightfoward. Having scrimmed against both Gentlemen and Ambition i can safely say Gentlemen should have no problems taking out first place in groups and moving on to the finals, Ambition and executable will have to battle it out for second place, while tempted will probably be happy to take a single match.

Predictions:
1. Gentlemen
2. Ambition
3. Executable
4. Tempted

Players to watch:
Contaminated(if he is playing) and marciver from Gentlemen.
Decipher and Omega from ambition.

Match of the group:
Executable vs tempted(Executable>Tempted 16-10) Hopefully tempted will cause an upset on the as yet, unknown executable team.

Group B

trainwreck
ForbiddeN
exuro
ShutdowN

I wont comment on my own group.

Group C

Team Sidewinder
AlmostFamous
Stormtroopers
Relapse Gaming

This will probably be the closest pool in the entire competition. Each and every team in this group definitely have a chance to make it through to the finals.
Team Sidewinder, with a wealth of experienced and sharp players are definitely the favorites to take out the first place, but aF or Stormtroopers could beat them if they really put some work into practice and stratting.
In my experience, TSW are a great team and have very good individual skill, but they seem to lack the passion and will to succeed that lower tier teams have, which could tip the balance when they face off in group stages. Almost Famous, who were tipped by quite a number of people to take out the CEVO-A finals are sharp, dedicated, and clued enough to take the crucial rounds from the bigger teams.
Stormtroopers, a relative underdog in the previous CEVO competition, surprised everyone by beating boxed in 16-11 in the quarter finals of CEVO-A. And they can certainly repeat the performance in the upcoming ODC competition.
Relapse Gaming are a team full of players who probably have not reached their full potential, but never the less, have a chance to break into the top 2 with a lot of practice and a good attitude.

Predictions:
1. Team Sidewinder
2. Stormtroopers
3. Almost Famous
4. Relapse Gaming

Players to watch:
Everz, Coffex and prof from TSW
Kambo, Affliction, and xlim from Stormtroopers
Rizl and Destinyau from aF
Hinksy from Relapse gaming

Match of the group:
Stormtroopers vs Almost Famous(Stormtroopers>aF 15-16 in overtime)

Group D

Revelations
tsu
DEMiSE
between the cracks

At first, this seems to be a fairly one-sided group. Revelations obviously being the favorites, with tsu second, then a third and fourth battle between the two remaining teams, DEMiSE and between the cracks.
However I personally think DEMiSE could cause some upsets in this group. Thrilakila, Br4dz and TdKzzE have between them, close to a decade of competitive CSS experience. With them to lead the way, this group may not end up quite the way people would expect.

Predictions:
1. Revelations
2. tsu
3. DEMiSE
4. between the cracks

Players to watch:
Imrdr and Meki from Revelations
Muggie and Dewshu from tsu
Thrilakila and br4dz from DEMiSE

Match of the group:
tsu vs DEMiSE(tsu > DEMiSE 16-10)

Group E

resistaNce
P41N7R41N
Infamy.au
Absolute.au

This is a very interesting group. We have resistance gaming, who finished strongly in CEVO-M, and have been consistent all season, P41N7R41N, Who at first seem to be a slut team made up of mostly CEVO-I players, but on closer inspection, is actually a team which should have very good chemistry as most of the players have played together in one team or another for quite a long time, They should rename to Omilations or Panic gaming. These two teams will probably battle it out for first and second place.
However you shouldn't rule out Infamy.au. With their new lineup, they are a team to take lightly, and if they can snatch a victory from resistaNce or P41N7R41N, have the potential to make the finals.
Absolute.au, whilst to most are a relatively unknown team, is actually a team i have close ties to. I played for them in the CG-O season and got to see how they worked together. It'll be interesting to see how they go against Infamy.

Predictions:
1. P41N7R41N
2. resistaNce
3. Infamy.au
4. Absolute.au

Players to watch:
Myztik and Suss^eh(the everlast/tr0nz of 2 years ago) from P41N7R41N)
Denwo and Endo from resistaNce
Azitiz and Joshm8 from Infamy.au
Jonny_rico and Immortal from Absolute.au(watch out for their T side pistol strat, which will consist of duelies and rape)

Match of the group:
P41N7R41N vs resistaNce(P41N7R41N > resistaNce 16-12)

Group F

Hype Gaming
teamdeviate
venom
ForTheFame

Another one sided group. The new Hype gaming team should have no problems taking out this group, and probably will drop no more than 15 rounds in group stages. Deviate, the CEVO-A runners up will have to be content with second place, and venom and ForTheFame will most likely place third and fourth respectively.

Predictions:
1. Hype Gaming
2. teamdeviate
3. venom
4. ForTheFame

Players to watch:
insceNt and Jadda from Hype Gaming
mech and Aidanwho from teamdeviate
Ryu from venom

Match of the group:
teamdeviate vs venom(teamdeviate>venom 16-6)

Group G

Predictions:
1. agiLe
2. BoxedIn
3. sensatioN
4. Remorse 7

This group will most likely progress in much the same way as the previous one. agiLe's allstar lineup will have NO problems taking out first place, BoxedIn will demolish the rest of the competition to take second, and sensatioN and remorse 7 will either die before the competition starts, or give up after a 15-0 first half to any of the other 2 teams.

Players to watch:
Deathdog and Gummerz from agiLe
Semz and Feeble from BoxedIn

Match of the group:
Every match in this group will probably be so one-sided that its no use predicting.

Group H

Predictions:
1. x7
2. Terminus
3. breaKpoiNt
4. syncronize

This group may have the most exciting match of the entire competition, with x7 facing off against terminus. I would give both teams even money to take the win and i would not be surprised if the entire match came down to a 1v1 situation.
breaKpoiNt and synchronize will be happy to get a few rounds from either of the big guns, and should be content to battle it out for third and fourth place.

Players to watch:
Joolzcheat and moeycq from x7
tr0nz and unstable from terminus

Match of the group:
x7 vs terminus(x7>terminus 16-15 with at least 3 OT's)

Predicted final placings:
1.Gentlemen
2.Trainwreck
3.agiLe
