Resistance 2, developed by Insomniac Games, is due for launch on the PS3 network in Australia in November. The game will feature 2 campaigns, with the plot continuing virtually straight on from the first Resistance title.

The game's multiplayer mode will support up to 60 people, with new abilities which can be acquired by gaining experience.

There will be an online beta available in early October.
