GGTV Female Co-Host Auditions

GotGames is holding the auditions for the GGTV female host on Friday night March the 6^th at the James Squire Brewhouse in Darling Harbour, Sydney. By Friday this week, we will be announcing the GGTV Male host and he will be attending the event to be a part of the auditions. The auditions will see a wide variety of girls competing for a spot on TV. You will get to see some familiar faces from the gaming scene as well as some actors who have already done some TV work. We have over 40 applications and we have culled this down to around 15-20 hopefuls and they are coming from all over Australia for the chance to be the GGTV host.

On top of the auditions, we are holding the first GotGames social event alongside the auditions so you can see all the hopefuls fight it out for the coveted female host position. We will have PS3 consoles setup at this venue with 3 games available to play for free, Fifa 09, Guitar Hero and StreetFighter 4. We will be holding a host of mini competitions that will be used as a preparation for the launch of GotGames console league (GGCL) which starts on March the 13^th.

So not only will you get a chance to gawk at the potential female co-hosts, you will be able to have a beer, catch up with fellow GotGamer's, and play some console games against your mates. Everyone is more than welcome to come down, watch and throw in some banter even if you don't want to play.  

As if you can pass up the chance to see the dud "gummerz" get pummeled by the amazing "Hybrid" in Fifa 09 while drinking a icy cold James Squire Beer, does it get much better than that?
