Divisions Reshuffle

Due to two teams withdrawing from the CEVO-P invite division the following changes have taken place:

mTmc [WITHDRAWN]
Sequential [WITHDRAWN]

Qlimax move up to [CEVO-P]
SYNERGY move up to [CEVO-P]

CYKO move up to [CEVO-I]
Hype move up to [CEVO-I]

Pinnacle move into [CEVO-M] - Group A
DeviatioN move into [CEVO-M] - Group B
