CEVO-Main Grand Finals!

The CEVO Main Season has proven to be a great addition to the GotGames Australian CEVO divisions. Intense competition and a never give up spirit from all teams made for some matches to remember.

After a hard slog of a season the final two teams have come to the match that they would have had their eye on since match #1 of regular play. CyberCore Gaming have shown some amazing individual talent over the entire season and stepping it up even more in the finals series. Sitting pretty in the Grand Finals with two lives they look set to take what ever havemiNt are willing to throw at them.

In the other corner we have havemiNt. They have had many ups and downs in the season but have always put in the hours to get them to this position. Getting knocked to the lower bracket of the finals early may have been disapointing for the team but it seems like it has acted as motivation as they powered through Resistance Gaming in the Lower Bracket Final last night.

So here we are, the match of the division!

Format: Double Elimination Final
Maps: To Be Decided

With CyberCore Gaming only needed to win one of the two maps they will be looking to play it smart and not let havemiNt get the better of them early. If both teams bring their A Games we are going to have some extremely close matches.

because it was a double elimination bracket. there would be no incentive for a team to win the upper bracket final if it was best of 3 finals.

CybeCore get two lives, you get one. You must win two maps where CyberCore only needs to win one.

Map selection will be announced by subberz shortly i am assuming, but if past seasons is anything to go off it is a knife round.

I think it is pretty obvious that if they would like to get anything changed or even discussed that the best way to go about it is addressing someone who is in charge rather then just posting here and bickering between themselves. it may be on topic in some respects but it isn't needed.
