how the **** do you dunk lol

cant figure it out... anyone got this game and can give me a few pointers..

Is it good? I saw this game for like $25 at Video Ezy... was tempted to buy it but I wasn't keen cause it was soo **** on PC.

yer lol its mad fun... figured out all the keys.... dunk contests are the ****... nothing like alley oop off the timer box then 360 through the legs and slamming it down home... its huge game...

Just out of curiosity, have you played the PC version? If so, is it any different?

havnt played it... generally there the same from past exp. but i prefer console for them sort of games... pc is **** for sport games...

EDIT just realised you'd already fuc*ing worked it out. My bad ._.

The above answers are so helpfull there really isn't a point to me telling you how.

But what the hell, why not. I have this game on the PS2 and I really like it.

You have to be running holding the turbo down and press /_\ on the PS2. So I'm guessing you hold down turbo which is RB and press Y

Go into menu and change controller settings if you're still confused!

These games are the best NBA ones I've played. Go Rockets.

That was NBA Jam wasn't it?
Oh my god! I remember that game... Far out... That's old school as, I used to love that game so much.. I remember playing it for hours on end.. Haha and you could push them over and stuff.

Edit: Hmm, maybe it was a dif game, NBA Hang Time or something, but I thought Jam also had fire in it..

I just tap X twice or hold it down from just outside the key and it usually dunks... The game is a lot of fun, especially when you've got 4 people playing it, drunk on a big screen. There are some annoying things, like when you are stealing the ball you're wildly pressing "X" and then you can't really tell if you get it or not so you're still pressing "X" and you end up throwing a 'layup' from full court :S another is that the AI is real bad (but only for the team you're playing on) they just look at the ball rolling out of bounds past their feet etc. Other than that, its still a lot of fun.

Oh and NBA Jam also had the ball/person go on fire. With dunks from full court etc. I still have it on my pc.

yeah true, if you like basketball the u should get it ( but on ps3 tho heaps better) um dunk and layup are same button try looking in the book it has everything in there.

What is the difference between the ps3 and xbox 360 version? I've played both side by side and didn't notice much except buttons (obviously), i miss something?
