So, chest and biceps on monday, hams, quads, calves and abs on tuesday, rest day today.
Diet is good, we had a black out last night so i was forced to have a cheat meal, smashed down a gourmet pizza, haven't had pizza in ages.
Delts and triceps tomorrow and back and chest(upper chest focus) on friday.
Thought i'd also mention;
Been adding some burrito seasoning to mince meat, would recommend to anyone who enjoys spicey/tangy seasonings, only adds approx 2g carbs.
Having 1 table spoons of honey with my oats in the morning, if i have more oats throughout the day I add cinnamon, sooo good.
Picked up some xtend really cheap off ebay, usually don't go for these kind of products but have found it helpful when trying to drink large amounts of water each day.
