but css is so similar to 1.6, why would a css player play 1.6 over css (with the other 4 pugs). Anyway, start a pug, spam IRC (especially #ozfortress) and your friends and i'm sure you'll get 12. If you're keen then try getting one going, once they're regular people will always play them.

Because the TF2 pugging scene is at #tf2pug and #tf2pug2 and the 1.6 pugging scene is at #cspug. Gotgames is first and foremost a CSS community, hence why the GG 1.6 and TF2 pugs are rarely played.

its been said before but if ur keen for a tf pug this prob isnt the best place to go. ipgn run some thru mirc very active there.
