CMN giving me lag spikes

During ODC on sunday i kept getting lag spikes of 800 ping every few minutes or whatever. Since then i have changed preferences in cevo to low internet connection.

Is there anything else i can do?

That should fix it. You'll just have to wait for the season to start to see if you lag.
