I had a 8800gts and thought i would upgrade to a gtx275 so i went out and brought it and i got a 700 watt ps i change it over and installed drivers and went and played and im getting this really bad fps like it would only go up to 200fps. so i reformatted and changed to windows 7 and its still the same?
have no idea what can be the problem
set up is;
core2duo 3.0ghz
gtx275 ( Gigabyte )
1TB HDD
2 gig ddr2 ram
700watt PSU
Windows 7 - 64bit

Yeah,
intel e6850 @ 3.8ghz
4gb ram @ 890mhz
GTX260+ OC'd (currently 280 on review) and im only getting 120-220.
Gigabyte x38 DS4 - E6850 4Ghz - 4Gb 890mhz - Coolermaster HAF 932 - GTX260+ - Apevia 750watt - Asus Essence STX - Samsung 2233rz - Razer Deathadder 3.5 - Razer Mantis Control - Logitech G15v2 - Sennhesier hd555
try a different game and see what its like,
try a game that you have played on your old card to compare that
not driving your car to keep the klms down is like not having sex with your woman so her next boyfriend will enjoy her more

why do people care about having 200 fpS+ its unneeded. css is a old game that isn't optimized well for todays hardware. its a dodgy game for fps. especially when it comes to the cpu and bottlenecking.
oh well just play csp
As long as it sits above 100, then i'm happy.
I would like to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.
