    Bad fps with css

    I had a 8800gts and thought i would upgrade to a gtx275 so i went out and brought it and i got a 700 watt ps i change it over and installed drivers and went and played and im getting this really bad fps like it would only go up to 200fps. so i reformatted and changed to windows 7 and its still the same?

    have no idea what can be the problem

    set up is;

    core2duo 3.0ghz
    gtx275 ( Gigabyte )
    1TB HDD
    2 gig ddr2 ram
    700watt PSU
    Windows 7 - 64bit

    try a different game and see what its like,
    try a game that you have played on your old card to compare that

    why do people care about having 200 fpS+ its unneeded. css is a old game that isn't optimized well for todays hardware. its a dodgy game for fps. especially when it comes to the cpu and bottlenecking.

    As long as it sits above 100, then i'm happy.
    I would like to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.
