(SA) Second Draft LAN

[Cloudstrike]

Location: ARENA Net Cafe, 264-268 Rundle St, Adelaide
Date: Sunday, 7/9/2008
Time: 10am to 4pm (may not be exact)
Event Admin: Cloud
Format: 6 team / 5 map round robin with finals for the top 2 teams
Cost: $25 per player. Please submit it on a per player basis.
Prizes: $250 1st place, $100 2nd place (subject to attendance)
Maps: Dust2, Inferno, Nuke, Train, undecided

Rules

1. I will PM players asking for a final confirmation AFTER 24 players have signed up.
2. Any player from any GGCEVO division can play.
3. Games will run with MR15 Rules with 1st to 16 wins, and overtime MR3 with 10k start money
4. In the event of a draw, overtime will be in place until a team has won.
5. 1st & 2nd will be decided by matches won, head to head record, then rounds won.
6. No software is allowed to be installed. Harsh penalties will be handed out to anyone caught doing this.
7. You will not be allowed to play your first match until you have paid the admin $25.

Important notes:

* Bring your own Headphones/Headsets/Microphones, Keyboard, Mouse and Mouse pad. There will be equipment supplied, but it is very generic.
* You can use your own configs on the day, however you must log into your own STEAM account to do this.
* SRCTV Demos will be recorded and uploaded after the event
* You may record your own first person demos if you wish, but you will be responsible for copying them off the PC you are using.
* Both Team Captains are to submit scores to me, together, in person.
* The GotGames WarMod will be used.

9:30am Arrive and pay
10am: Player draft, setup and warmup.
11am: 1st War
12pm: 2nd War
1pm: 3rd War
2pm: 4th War
3pm: 5th War
4pm: Finals

Nah probably won't be playing, I want it too run smoothly .
