#19 Lan - GenCon 16 Teams, Groups and Format Reannounced!!!

Well we had a brief false start but now we're confident we will get the 16 teams when Mazerkist gets the 5th for his team.

Thanks to everyone for signing up and we look forward to an awesome day on Saturday.

For esjay's writeups on the event so far check the QLDCSS frontpage for details about the event.

But just as a teaser:

- Gamestah shoutcasting
- Free V drinks for all gamers
- Thousands of spectators
- Projector screens showing your leetness to the world
- A day jam-packed with CSS action
- Australian Gamer after party in the Valley

Dont forget the doors open at 9am with the first wars starting at 10am. We recommend everyone to get there as early as possible as it could be slow getting in and setup.

Brisbane Gamers Meetup

The local Brisbane Gamer admins are having a party at their place in the valley. Writeups on the previous parties are at the above link.

Sounds like fun but it all depends on what time we get out of the comp as to whether I can make it. If we dont finish til 7pm then add an hour or two of packing up. My motivation levels will be quite low. Although a beer somewhere would be nice.
