URGENT: Domain Checker System

Hi my name is daN and I'm designing a website for a hosting company. I have created the design in Photoshop and coded it into a template.

Now the last step i need to do is add the domain checker system. What that is it checks what domains are registered and what domains aren't so you can register non-registered domains.

An example you can find on any Web Hosting company when you type in your domain it tells you whether its available or not.

If anyone can help me i will +rep for eternity!! not kidding

Just edit the config files.

Doesn't whmcs, modernbill, etc have stuff like this built in?
