Need a website designed, graphics also required

Not sure if this is more suited to the Buy thread...

It's for a small side project/business I am doing in my spare time, I'm not really willing to fork out several grand for a local designer because this isn't a big job, and I won't be making much if any money out of this personally.

Does not require anything too complex coding wise, I'm looking more so for somebody with good artistic/graphic design ability as I need this site to look quite modern and urban.

If you've only done clan websites using Joomla and other templates it's not what I am looking for.

$300-$500 depending on your previous work, I am neogotiable and fair if you're worth it I may pay more, honestly this is not very much work here, an efficient coder/designer could probably get this done in well under 5 hours for what I am looking at.
If i had any creative talent I'd do it myself.

Please no time wasters who will take weeks / months of procrastinating.

A website doesn't just consist of a design in photoshop.. the importing bit is the coding..

interested to know exactly what you want. I don't do clan templates, I freelance on the side of my uni course, and it's usually professionally based. I'll show you some of my previous sites

I focus aesthetically and graphic work, can code too, but it seems as if you are comfortable with that?

I'll explain what sort of work hours I can put into it on msn, if interested

Thanks guys, unfortunately I needed more work on it than I originally expected and a tight deadline so I had to just use someone I know.
I will keep you guys in mind for future work because some of you are very talented.
