Languages?
Scope? You looking for crap like forum integration and whatnot? CMS is a very broad term these days, and can include a lot of things, or nothing much at all.

What is "DigitalMind" anyway, a clan?

co-opp use joomla + phpbb3.

still working on the modules, and getting the content to look right.
should be up within the next few weeks if you are interested in seeing what joomla can do.

Btw tasker - when I referred you to alimon - and you mentioned it was a bit expensive - it's because he custom codes everything.

He doesn't use a prebuilt system like joomla - everything is created from scratch - customised to suit what you want from your site.

Hence - you get what you pay for.

yeah but theres that many different open source CMSs out there, its almost pointless to tailor something for each and everyones specific needs, the modular ones are quite decent, start off with some simple functions and addon modules for extra functionality.

if its just for a clan site, then one of the prebuilt options is probably best, so long as you have someone knowledgeable enough to implement it

It is just a clan site. But it needs to be easily managable so we can upload and change things. We will be having a few people access it updating things. With different levels of access etc.

Seems like i get a better response from google atm LOL

Actually, generally imho, from scratch is a bad idea for a number of reasons.
Best base it on a framework or existing CMS, which already partially (if not fully) suits your needs.
