Is there any way you can specify what it is you're looking to develop? I know someone who is godlike in both of those areas.. OGN should know him fairly well by now too

Depends what you mean by help.

I have a very strong knowledge of PHP/mySQL (amongst other things). If you have a few issues you need some help with you can hit me up (read: pm me, irc etc.).

If its, please code this for us, unfortunately I don't have the time
