Does anyone...ANYONE...use this programming language scheme without wanting to kill themselves??

I'm doing it in a subject at uni and it is the crappiest thing ever, has anyone got any experience in it?

Do you both goto the same uni for the same course :O do u guys know each other in rl >? with out knowing it

We both go to QUT, but esjay goes to Carseldine whereas i goto Gardens Point (cos it's better

But it appears he is doing IT - which means he does the same core units as me

lol - a lot of people find scheme harder than C - mostly because they did C before uni lol

nah I have some way bigger nerds in my class who keep saying that scheme is nothing like any other programming language (much different and terrible.)

@chem yeah I think your right that it is mainly used for teaching purposes.

@Jayso I'll be doing two units at GP next semester, what units are you doing? Alfa is the same as us and he is also at GP

There's plenty of them... they've been bagging it out non-stop in the "Green Room" (1st year room on level 8...). That and their "War of the operating systems" drawing... lol @ that...

(They made a maze in there yesterday from the desks in there... - some kind of protest of the network ports not working....)

Yeah, lol @ that time the dud came in with a mac and couldn't get it working. Spose your sitting in the same lecture room as me, you might have seen me sitting on my laptop browsing gotgames during every lecture haha
