When it says no one can play freebird, is this rule reffering to TTFATF?

just interested, also as it says nothing is hyperspeed allowed?

Pretty sure they just don't realize free bird is on GH2.....

And yes HyperSpeed is allowed, how is anyone going to know if you use it anyway. :/
