70 * 10 = 700.. From them you have to make up for monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday.. Other three days are alright. There isn't alot of money in this idea.

Selling/building PCs and running netcafes are for the lower skilled people with good contacts in PC hardware distribution.

Do a degree in Computer Science or Technology and specialise in something professional. Things like SAP, SAS, Storage, TSM, Midrange, Mainframe, Middleware, networking, security, etc... Firstly its more interesting, you earn more in general, plus the longer you do it the more in demand you become.

Running a netcafe is more hassle then what its worth and its just easier earning money in professional IT.

I agree, and just to add to this and my post above. Most contractors in the technologies i listed in my post above easily earn about $500-$700 a day. Without the hassle of running a netcafe, you just have to look after yourself.

Not to be the pessimist but I don't see you making any profit off a gaming cafe.. but that's just by Wollongong standards. They probably make around $720 a day before expenses... Doesn't sound worth the hassle to me.

The software the cafe's use to rollback the computers after you're finished is probably Windows SteadyState. It's pretty cool, I played around with it when I was doing my Cert 3 and 4 and had nothing to do while the computer shop I was working in was having a slow day.

    Windows SteadyState

Don't hold me to that though, just a guess.

Don't forget about allnighters, $30 - $40 per person, about $5 from that would cover a pizza for each person. Depending on how many pcs there are, Just say... 30
for $40 per person with all 30 pcs taken you you would get $1050 that's not including how many energy drinks are sold.

Ok now, from what Vijay estimated the daily earnings to be, of $720.
this is how it would work out. You would earn the $720 for that day, if the all nighter was to be run that night, and it was a full house, that would be another $1050 put through the till. When the allnighter is over, the shop would shut for a couple hours for cleaning, another person would take on the next shift and the day starts fresh with the earning of $720 for that day.

that means you would of earned $2490 for 2 days of the shop being open.
at the internet cafe I work at we sell roughly $100 of drinks every day, we don't run allnighters but the drink sales would be alot more than that.
so at the end of that Full week (Mon - Sun) you should end up with roughly $6590 that's including the allnighter.

Also, If you wanted to boost profits, have the shop do PC Repairs and or Building pcs.
Make sure that you get a shop located near some sort of fast food place.

even if people say that its not worth it, just think that your, your own boss of that company. you don't have some faggot telling you what to do all the time.

What ever you decide, I wish good luck.
