it isn't "the balls" it is whether or not anyone actually wants to spend thousands on boxes that will subsequently get DDoS'd causing more expenses.

The worst thing about DDOS is that you can't really tell who did it, because of by-laws that basically protect the little **** who runs their zombie farm. They only really get caught if they do something really, really bad (or accidently hit a datacentre that hold some Government information, in which case the little **** will get raped).

You can't get to the little **** without going through his zombies, which you can't legally do
