ACT CoD4 LAN

The Barracks (Canberra ACT) is keen to hold a CoD4 LAN day. We have 36 seats available. Cost would something in the order of $20 for 6 hours or $25 for 10 hours.

At this point I am just looking for interest, post in this thread if you are keen and once we have some numbers we can set a date.

How much is registration for the competition? $20 for 6 hours covers the PC use, but not the actual prizemoney (if there even is prizemoney?)

Unless people are playing for pride. :]

At the moment we are only playing for pride/bragging rights.
Well, actually we are playing for the special fuzzy warm feeling you can only get when a room full of people are playing the same game, the music is pumped, the lights are off, and there is blood on teh carpet.

If people want a cod4 comp, we can do that do, but the entry fee wuold be a bit steeper to cover the pot. This event has been priced at our normal rates.

Also if people are keen for a cod4 league, we have one starting next week. 4v4 hardcore s&d. Games are played weekly on thursday nights. Anyone interested should pm me before this sunday, becuase that is when the registrations close.
