THIS GUY
Yo, What's your thoughts on hamstrings causing lower back strain during standing military press? I'm thinking that my hamstrings being tight might be causing overarching in my back to maintain a decent posture and causing lower back pain during mil pressing.... Either that or hip flexors too tight and doing the same thing. Thoughts? P.S. What's doing?
Sweet so Euphor is taking roids now, even though he had heaps more natural potential, but is just lazy and wants results yesterday. Can't wait until all the kids jump on the pro roids bandwagon and wonder why they don't get big.
opening your own gym only requires money by the way, you don't have to be qualified in any terms to do that - what i'm saying is cutting out carbs completely (especially whilst trying to train and maintain a normal lifestyle - uni, work, whatever) is unneccessary and generally ends in failure. the brain can only run on glycogen and you're starving your body of that, it's believed to force the body into fat oxidation but you can't maintain a good intensity/duration because you have no muscle glycogen to fuel you - not to mention the fact that your body will begin to catabolise muscles (break them down) i don't care if it worked for you etc, it's a lot like the water fasting thing - do it yourself whatever. but don't suggest these drastic methods to people you have never met - what if they have diabetes etc? heading out now so yeah later potato
im not going to say i know more then you, i know you know more then me regarding nutrition, bodybuilding, etc. but basically what you are saying is my trainer is dumb.. even though he fully qualified, and is opening up his own gym soon, im just having trouble trying to understand that, not to mention world wide results of the method he used on me.. ?
hey Todd, I was thinking of taking up a little bit of boxing (not to fight, just for exercise) and I don't want this pussy 'fitness first group session cardio boxing workacize' which is all I've found so far, do you know any good places around Brissy?
shoulder press.. pec deck... doing them shoulder will pop out.. every now and then il do light weights with shoulderpress but thats about it. i have not got xrays on it and he got me to tie the end to a door and then do rotating shoulder exercises in and out.
