There is no point in having a 17k setup. Hardware will go out of date in 6 months. Trust me, I work in a big online hardware shop and things goes discontinued quick.

Just buy a full tower case and build it up. No need for the rest to be honest.

Also the watercooling system, I can design you a better setup.
