If I still played source this would have been handy but a really good read none the less.

The reason i used zeke as an example godfather is, there are many REAL good awpers out there such as topguN, havoc etc, however if you want to find a guy in australia that pretty much 24/7 has a big green awp in hand its zeke for his team. I was trying to explain the role of a full-time awper and zeke came to mind as its what he pretty much does for his teams just full-time awps. I'm not saying topgun and havoc are worse awpers than zeke not at all but zeke is definitely full-time awping, and you'll see his style of play has adapted to being a full-time awper.

Anyways hope everyone in the future enjoys this article.

Thanks to everyone who repped me, I in no way am a complete gosu master of team organization and development, but I thought this contribution from someone with at least experience on his side would fast-track some of the new teams to making progress. If there is enough support I may write more in-depth articles on money management, understanding teamplay better and other various factors in the game once my main assignments are done!
