Think its bout time i went out and bought one..but ive got no idea what to even look for!

It depends what type of bikes you're into. Fit bikes are pretty good and common

specialized will custom make you a mint bmx for around $800-$900 depending on specs.

i have a diamondback viper.
don't ride anymore due to a heavy fall.
