I'm sure some of you are aware that Jessica Watson (16 years old) started her journey of sailing around the world today.

Teenage adventurer Jessica Watson has set off under grey skies in her quest to make history as the youngest person to sail solo around the world.

What are your thoughts? Reckon she will make it? and not smash into a cargo vessel again lolol. It's going to take roughly 240 days and she isn't allowed to stand on land or touch anybody in that time i believe :/.

Congratulations, you can sail around the world.... You have equalled a feat that the human race achieved over 500 years ago (without the use of water-purifiers, computers, GPS, food preservatives etc etc)

Will be interesting to see if she can pull it off on her own considering she is in a significantly smaller vessel compared to some of the others that have attempted this same challenge in the past...

most people who have sailed around the world went crazy and were talking to imaginary people and pretty much broke down... and they expect this young 16yr old girl to do it...
