The girl looks / sounds like she is in Russia/Bulgaria/eastern Europe. You own a dog, it gets pregnant, you don't have the money or space to look after 10dogs. Those puppies were lucky if they were 3 days old, some didn't even have their eyes open yet. You have four options.

1. They all live but basically fight for the little food there is and as such die of malnutrition.
2. You pay a VET to do it for you (however u have no money).
3. You bash them on the head with a bat. (you are a girl and don't have the balls for this).
4. You take the easy option of the river.

If you can't afford for your dog to have puppies then get it desexed. If you cant afford for your dog to be desexed don't get a dog. People don't deserve to own animals if they can't afford it.

Are you sure there's not the option to take it to the RSPCA equivalent or don't they have those in the countries you mentioned?

The croatian mafia is about as influential as you are intelligent, and assuming that all policemen over there are corrupt and you can just waltz across into the country is the most idiotic thing I have heard.

i think the fact she did video it and seems to be enjoying what she's doing rules out the assertion she was doing it for 'humane' reasons.

Either way it still seems far more cruel to me drowning them rather than letting them grow up as strays, dogs are animals and were wild long before they were domesticated, it's in their nature to fight for food scraps.
