well basically as you know - creatine helps retain water in your muscles which helps them recover faster and also look a little bigger...
basically it works for me in that i can feel the difference in recovery time for my muscles which means i can work them more frequently, hence becoming stronger

I don't really know. I was on it for about 2 months and didn't feel any real difference. I saw changes but then again that could just be because I had been training for 3 months prior and eating mass amounts of food.

SizeOn has good reviews but I've been told to stay away from pre-workout supps that have caffeine in it. I'll probably get VPX Shotgun if I decide to get one.

Go buy some grape juice. I've read it's the best way to take creatine because it gets to the blood quicker, and it's not an acidic juice so it won't change creatine's effect.
