Hey guys!!!
I just recently got into playing DOA4 (go ayane!), and noticed the severe lack of Australian DOA4 players. Im on a mission to get as many DOA4 players playing as possible! No idea how to do that yet, but if anyone has any suggestions post them here! Maybe get some matches set up or whatever, then maybe even a tournament!!! wHOOP WHOOP |

I just went today to look at trading in stuff for an Xbox 360.
I can trade in epically terrible PS2 games like Shrek 2, Shamu's Deep Sea Adventures, American Chopper, American Chopper 2 Full Throttle, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 3 for $33 each however they wont take good games like GTA:Vice City. Really odd IMO. I couldn't talk my sister into going halves with me though so I wont get to DOA4 till I get a new job.

Virtua Fighter is better mechanics-wise (every move can be countered appropriately and spamming a good move is difficult) than DOA, but DOA is more fun to play imo.
If you had to pick one, you'd have a Virtua Fighter tourny. But a DOA tourny would be fun. LOL you bought American Chopper and then as if that wasn't terrible enough you bought American Chopper 2! ^^

DOA4 has quite a few Aussie players, but remember it's been out since just after launch so not as many play it every day now.
Anyone who wants a game can add my tag Gunstar Red As for VF versus DOA - just get both. They're both great games. I'd like to see more DOA and PGR (Console in general) coverage on gotgames - how about some league play and LAN events for these games? |

Sounds good Voods. I hope you guys are looking at talking to offline (net cafe/LAN) locations to run console events as well. The link to CGS would be good incentive to partner up with locations in each city for possible future qualifier and regular tourney locations. Would support anything run in melb.

I got DOA4 just this week and have already managed to clock up 10 hours and finished all of story mode with each character. Now I'm looking to practice properly and actually learn to play.
I have tried a bit of online play, but keep having to play international people and having trouble with lag, etc. So if anyone is interested in having some games online and putting up with my noobness I would be keen to have a go
