because its an aim comp and should not be limited to what division you play in. I know people in cevo-a/m that are sharper then people in cevo-i/p. They just aren't cluey enough

You need to remember we're hosting prizes for this event Ar3s. I can't justify to CEVO-A/CG-A players that their chance of winning a permanent server and cash is to beat topguN and Havoc. It's the only way I see this running fair by allowing CEVOi CEVOp players to participate.
