Call of Duty MMO?

With a 3rd company added to the development cycle (name not announced) of COD games who here thinks an MMO is in the works? Either that or some subscription model for the COD series. Also no announcement on the COD for 2010 but it must be soon

Pretty sure the 2010 cod has been announced by treyarch as being set in Vietnam war and coming late this year as per usual

yea i read bout this a while back i have not fuckin idea how this shit would work, but if done right it could b ok i guess.

although insted of making new game they should be spending their time fixing the ones out atm.

the treyarch cod comin this year should b good they know how to make a solid game

Fingers and dicks crossed that teyarch take the chance they've been given by IW to actually bring out a better game for once.

Cod 4 was almost impossible to top but MW2 can be beaten eassssily. Please Treyarch you're our only hope

And i think it would be kinda cool having a cod MMO, Already you get better things as you go up levels. So wouldnt be to hard to make would it? xx

yea I'm 90% sure treyarchs game will shit all over MW2, wont come close to cod4, but still be better than cod5

yea the gameplay will but the setting wont im not to big on the vietnam weapons and it all depends on iw if they decide to get of their fat asses and fix their fucking game.

The vietnam weapons are sort of Cod 4 meets cod 5 without the fancy attachments.. eg, the M16A4 is a weapon used in vietnam.

Would be pretty hard for Treyarch to fuck CoD7 up. They got everything at their disposal such as the best guns from CoD4 & CoD5, an alright setting, and of course the knowledge from their mistakes and IWs mistakes.

Yeah precisely, the weapons will be awesome. No doubt they'll still put in Aperture sights and shit like that from cod 5 but at least the guns might require more skill for the most part and the ones that don't can get banned from competitive.

Definitely hoping that this game is good enough to take seriously competitive wise, not like cod 5.
