Yeah I would agree. Parents had a commodore last and it had that many problems. They have a fairmont now and I would say we've had it longer than the commo and had a lot less go wrong with it.

Our VX is falling apart however our EL is still going strong and its a fair bit older. Ford > Holden for quality tbh.

Umm boats scott...not to be rude, I have the EF Ghia with the XR6 spec shit through it for steering, shocks, suspension etc, and it ain't no fucken boat
, it feels quite good actually compared to the ED which was a fucken boat, its a great car provided you drive it for its intentions, not drifting it round corners...and belting the shit out of it, not that you need to do that with the ford anyway, low torque in the wet is good fun on a launch driving normally too and not been an idiot.I can say stock commodores and Fords will handle like boats due to the way they are, look at them, big fucking family cars DUH, The XR6 is a sports version so a lot of shit changed from the Normal EF setup and trust me makes all the difference. LOL Skizm, no offense we had the first SV6 out, within 80,000 it blew smoke, total shitbox and was gutless in my books for 190kw No tread on the tyres, meh obviously a shit driver...secondly I get sick of tryhard VL drivers drift around every single fucken roundabout in town thinking they are top shit cause they get it a teeny bit sideways, asking for a tree wrap one day I can assure you...its not funny when they almost hit you cause they're shit. You cant hate a car manufacturer because some wanker is driving it like a fucking moron... LOL Ford > Holden with the FG series...Much better in my books but that's my personal thing.

why would i be offended? my is fine.. it's coming up for 100,000... you do realise that they make alot of these cars so even though you say your sv6 was shit, there is prolly alot more stories out there saying their Sv6 is amazing. Most companies allow for a 1% fail rate on their products. |
