Default GotGames CSS BIG Amateur LAN Competition

Event admin: Hybrid
Format: 6 team / 5 map round robin with finals for the top 2 teams
Cost: $125 per team. Please submit it on a per team basis.
Prizes: $250 1st place, $100 2nd place

Rules:

1. If your team is coming, please sign up all 5 players and confirm them asap
2. Games will run with MR15 Rules with 1st to 16 wins, and overtime MR3 with 10k start money
3. In the event of a draw, overtime will be in place until a team has won.
4. 1st & 2nd will be decided by matches won, head to head record, then rounds won.
5. No software is allowed to be installed. Harsh penalties will be handed out to anyone caught doing this.
6. You will not be allowed to play your first match until you have paid the admin $125 per team.

Important notes:

• Bring your own Headphones/Headsets/Microphones, Keyboard, Mouse and Mouse pad. There will be equipment supplied, but it is very generic.
• You can use your own configs on the day, however you must log into your own STEAM account to do this.
• SRCTV Demos will be recorded and uploaded after the event
• You may record your own first person demos if you wish, but you will be responsible for copying them off the PC you are using.
• Both Team Captains are to submit scores to me, together, in person.
• The GotGames WarMod will be used.

Basic Itinerary:

9:30am Arrive
10am: Team Registration, Player Setup and Warmups
11am: 1st War
12pm: 2nd War
1pm: 3rd War
2pm: Lunch
2:30pm 4th War
3:30pm 5th War
4:30pm Final

Registering your team:

To sign up your team, all players need to register themselves for the event. The captain should then create the team, and then invite all the players which will be playing at the event. Once this is done, all invited players will need to confirm their attendance. Only a captain can add and remove players from a team.

I personally will be running this event and look forward to making this event as fun as possible, I will be taking photos and doing a writeup on the event. Demo's, Photo's and the writeup will be up on GG by Monday.

This is an amatuer competition so only one pro or intermediate player per team. Some pro players such as 12-60 who are not playing pro or intermediate count as well. I will decide by Sunday next week whether or not your team is eligible. I have put 3 reserve slots in to ensure that we have enough teams even if I remove some teams. If your not certain about a player's eligibility, please post in here.
