Group E

GROUP E

1st - Archaic Esports 3-0
2nd - variant 2-1
3rd - Disturbia 1-2
4th - Hawks 0-3

Archaic Esports - PandaN - Tegs - Boomser - stv - topguN

zzz. In a competition that was created to help CEVO officials place teams accurately into the divisions they belong in, you wonder what this team needs to prove, or why they would join. They showed no interest up until they found out there was money involved, then they through up their hands in disgust. It also makes you wonder, what happened to the next three teams that were actually signed up and ready to go... I dont' even remember seeing these guys in the not ready group. Next think you know, they'll be in cevo A to win the money (shoutout to BuGeh!) .No matter though, Archaic should easily take the whole competition, with only a few rounds dropped. Meisters will be their hardest competition, but even then, it probably won't be much.

Players to watch: topguN

variant - tripsta - rymezke - CHRISOAOW - kos - sKopeD - giant

elevate with a name change. Not really much to say. These guys would've won their group easily, but Archaic popped in. They should easily take down Disturbia (this time) and Hawks.

Players to watch: tripsta, giant.

Disturbia - Kilenz - $idewinder :) - Pinchy - meth0d - Chaa.

Even after their nice win against elevate/variant in the CG megacomp, I don't see Disturbia pulling it off again. I'd love to see them do it, but I don't think they'll fluke it again. Should still easily take down the Hawks though.

Players to watch: Chaa., Pinchy.

Hawks - Nakyd - Tyrant - ethz - neophyte - Tyrant - Dysfunction - Matkin - Itsuka

Not much to say, not much to do. Don't see them beating anyone in their group, hopefully they do though.

Players to watch: Itsuka

Sorry Bing, I forgot a y, an er, and an S in a rushed article. Sorry.

This isn't cause I predicted you to come last, was it?
RAZZMETAZZ commented on 08 January, 2010 02:53 PM
hahahaha
fuckwitBATTLECRAB commented on 08 January, 2010 02:54 PM
Nope, it's because if you actually read back over it you'll find that you have terrible sentence structure.

I think everyone is predicting my team to come last
empske commented on 08 January, 2010 02:54 PM
Whatever team needs a slut on the day (me) will win.
strscm commented on 08 January, 2010 02:54 PM
Sorry, professor. I've got some plasters if you really are that cut.
NBR commented on 08 January, 2010 02:55 PM
WANT A TEAM FOR THIS DESPERATELY.
WILL SUCK A LONG HARD ONE TO PLAY
Carter commented on 08 January, 2010 02:57 PM
Lol love the binary in group B.
fuckwitBATTLECRAB commented on 08 January, 2010 02:57 PM
but i'm not cut? I just find it vomit inducing to have to read this. You would of been better served just listing the order of which you expect the teams to finish rather than write 3 sentences about them that lack any form of acceptable readability to anyone who calls English their primary language.

Reading Naowwwwww~
strscm commented on 08 January, 2010 02:59 PM
Fortunately this isn't some sort of writing competition, if you were right. It's just as informal as each and everyone of these posts.
fuckwitBATTLECRAB commented on 08 January, 2010 03:02 PM
I'm not having a go at you personally I'm just saying if you want to write an article on the site and put it through the CMS so people can see it from the front page, you might want to give the impression to people who don't know you that you managed to pass year 7 english.

rymeske commented on 08 January, 2010 03:12 PM
i love how arc are in a cevo grading comp. I guess the admins have to see if there ready for cevo p hahahaha
fuckwitBATTLECRAB commented on 08 January, 2010 03:14 PM
People don't realise that this isn't actually a CEVO grading comp. A proper grading comp would be like they have done in the past in America with a placement comp between borderline teams in each division in the lead up to the CEVO season.

This is just a quick way to please the masses in saying that something other than bias and misguided knowledge on teams by misinformed admins and officials that they get to help choose the invite division teams.

infzoraN predded 3 teams to get out of groups, xD.
I really don't see intent beating monkeyshine though.
Houseboat commented on 08 January, 2010 03:57 PM
Some good preds there Benzine (and infzoraN), although a bit more depth in the writing about each match would have been nice, but meh, I don't really care either way :p
